Happy 75th Birthday!: Jack and Judy Miller: "Twins of 1942"

Jack Judy Miller were born to Del and Melva Miller on March 11, 1942, at the old Dee Hospital. They grew up in South Ogden, along with their sister, Kay. They attended Burch Creek Elementary, South Ogden Jr. High and Weber High School. All have since been torn down.

Jack Joined the Navy in 1959. After his return home, Jack worked for Mountain Fuel Supply. He and his wife, Gloria, raised two sons, both are now deceased. A memorial statue titled, "Our Boys" was donated to McKay-Dee Hospital by the Millers to recall the joyful memories of childhood and to commemorate the lives of their two children. Jack retired after 32 years at the gas company at the age of 53, which gave him the opportunity of traveling and spending winters in warm climates.

Judy and her husband, Jack Bylsma, settled in American Fork where he was employed with Utah Power and Light. Judy has been a stay-at-home mom where she excelled at homemaking for her three girls and one boy. She is known for her excellent cooking, her sewing and crocheting, and her many beautiful quilts. In her later years, she has traveled and visited many exciting places.

Jack and Judy will celebrate their birthday together on Sunday, March 12, 2017, with family and friends.
