100 years and still counting!

George says, "You'll get older if you live long enough." He has proven that to be a fact. When asked, what do you attribute your long life to? His answer is, "When you go to bed each night, make sure you get up again the next morning."

George was born the son of James A. Ford and Ida May Burton on November 3, 1917, in Ogden, Utah. He married Lorraine Barnes (deceased) May 15, 1940, in the Salt Lake Temple.

His children are, Pamela Erickson and Gregory Ford. He has eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, (plus two deceased).

George served in WW II, and has enjoyed many callings in the LDS Church.

His immediate family enjoyed a celebration dinner at Madox Restaurant.

An Open House will be held on November 4, 2017, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Burch Creek 6th Ward Recreation Hall, 3680 Eccles Ave.

Come join with family, friends and enjoy light refreshments. No gifts please.
