New stores, restaurants opening at Station Park in Farmington

FARMINGTON — Several new stores and restaurants are opening at Farmington’s Station Park as the retail complex undergoes an expansion.

Currently under construction, the Station Park West expansion will add 50,000 square feet of space to the complex, bringing its total up to 1.2 million square feet, according to a news release. New stores will be opening throughout the rest of the year and into 2018. 

“It’s important for any retail location to stay closely aligned with its customers and visitors,” said David Anderson, general manager at Station Park, in the release. “Our new partners answer the changing needs of families and communities, and we are excited to continue the evolution of Station Park with them.”

New or expanded stores include: 

  • Zumiez
  • Vans (now open)
  • The Artichoke Crate, a women’s clothing and accessories stores formerly known as the Shabby Apple
  • Sprint
  • Sleep Number
  • See’s Candies
  • Pink Sky Blow Dry & Beauty Bar, a locally owned personal service and beauty salon
  • Francesca’s, a women’s clothing and accessories
  • Bungalow Blue, a locally owned home goods and jewelry store (now open)
  • A-One Eyebrow, a locally owned beauty service (now open)

Six restaurants being added to Station Park include: 

  • CousCous Grill, a locally owned, sit-down Mediterranean restaurant (now open)
  • Jersey Mike’s Subs
  • Pretzelmaker (now open)
  • Smart Cookie, a locally owned, made-from-scratch cookies and beverage restaurant 
  • Tortilla Union Southwest Grill
  • Wendy’s 

Station Park is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays.
