OGDEN — The sentencing hearing for a 20-year-old man convicted of attempted murder in September has been pushed back.

Pending any additional issues, Patrick Galindo Jr. will be sentenced on Dec. 6 in Ogden’s 2nd District Court.

Galindo’s attorney, Randall Richards, said the hearing was moved to allow Adult Probation and Parole to process additional paperwork in the case.

Galindo was convicted of attempted murder, a first-degree felony, on Sept. 15. A jury deliberated for three hours before finding him guilty of shooting a man four times in 2016.
