A jury deliberated for three and a half hours before finding Patrick Bobby Galindo Jr. guilty of first-degree felony attempted murder in connection with a 2016 shooting.
OGDEN — The sentencing hearing for a 20-year-old man convicted of attempted murder in September has been pushed back.
Pending any additional issues, Patrick Galindo Jr. will be sentenced on Dec. 6 in Ogden’s 2nd District Court.
Galindo was convicted of attempted murder, a first-degree felony, on Sept. 15. A jury deliberated for three hours before finding him guilty of shooting a man four times in 2016.
