“Diary of a Wimpy Kid” (2010, PG) — 2 p.m. Saturday, March 18. The adventures of a teenager in middle school, “where he has to learn the consequences and responsibility to survive the year,” according to IMDb says. The film for young adults can be enjoyed at the Ogden Valley branch, 131 S. 7400 East, Huntsville.
“Zootopia” (2016, PG) — 3 p.m. Saturday, March 18. “In a city of anthropomorphic animals, a rookie bunny cop and a cynical con artist fox must work together to uncover a conspiracy,” IMDb says. The modern mammal metropolis film of “Zootopia” will screen at the Pleasant Valley branch, 5568 Adams Ave. Parkway, Washington Terrace.
“Sully” (2016, PG-13) — 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 21. “The story of Chesley Sullenberger, an American pilot who became a hero after landing his damaged plane on the Hudson River in order to save the flight’s passengers and crew,” IMDb says. The biographical drama film directed by Clint Eastwood will be featured at the Ogden Valley branch.
“Private Violence” (2014, not rated) — Noon-2 p.m. Tuesday, March 21. Two survivors share their stories of living with domestic violence. The feature-length documentary will screen at Shepherd Union’s Wildcat Theater, Weber State University, 3848 Harrison Blvd., Ogden.
“The Light Between Oceans” (2016, PG-13) — 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 22. “A lighthouse keeper and his wife living off the coast of Western Australia raise a baby they rescue from a drifting ... boat,” IMDb says. Don’t miss the romantic period drama movie playing at the Pleasant Valley branch.
