OGDEN — Area residents are invited to participate with the Congregational United Church of Christ, 3350 Harrison Blvd., in two upcoming services.

• ‘A conversation about identity will bring the Rev. Gage Church and Ernie Nylander together at the pulpit at 11 a.m. Sunday, May 21.

Together, they will answer three questions: "Who am I?" "Why am I here?" and "Where do I go from now?"

The church in May is exploring individual identities as children of God. Sunday's presentation will explore Jesus' answers to these questions, according to a news release. Speakers and congregants also will offer their answers.

• Visitors may bring their pets to a pet blessing service at 11 a.m. Sunday, May 28.

“All well-behaved pets (and their humans) are welcome to attend,” said a news release from the church.

“When we bless our animal companions, we remember that God directed us to care for and steward the Earth,” said the Rev. Gage Church.

The church is located behind and up the hill from the Imagine Music building. Call 801-392-5012 for more information.
