OGDEN — What could possibly be better than tacos?

Why, all-you-can-eat tacos, of course.

A new Mexican restaurant is opening later this month in Ogden, offering lunch and dinner specials and an all-you-can-eat taco bar. El Paisa Grill is scheduled to open in late May, at 460 W. 12th St.

According to the restaurant’s website, El Paisa Grill was established in 1999 by the Orozco family from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The original location is at 2126 S. 3200 West, in West Valley City.

The restaurant’s recipes “have been passed down from generation to generation,” according to the website. Live music is also offered at the restaurant.

The all-you-can-eat taco bar will be offered from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The restaurant’s hours have not been specified, but if the Ogden location follows the other’s lead, hours will be 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

In West Valley City, the daily lunchtime taco feast costs $10.99, including a soft drink.

According to the company’s Facebook page, the Ogden El Paisa Grill’s phone number is 385-289-2951.
