Rowley's opinion valued by lawmakers, attorneys
Monday , June 09, 2014 - 2:38 PM
Ernest Rowley has spent considerable time with us in his office in regards to issues on our property. He is an excellent, professional businessman. Prior to his coming into this office, one could stand waiting for service in a line out to the lobby. By his bringing to the recorders office, the web application, title companies and realtors can do their research in their offices. The staff is down from 20 to 14, only because the line no longer exists. This saves tax dollars.
He has implemented GIS mapping software in the recorders office, thus merging recorded documents and survey data. He managed budgets and expenditures in difficult economic times and reduced costs.
He is a leader, as he has served as president and board member of the Utah Council of Land Surveyors, the president of the county recorders and has been chair of the Recorders Cadastral Mapping Committee. Gov. Gary Herbert has also appointed him to the state records committee. He has also received numerous awards as Surveyor of the year and Recorder of the year.
Ernest Rowley has professional endorsements from title companies, realtors, and engineers wanting a licensed surveyor to work with as the county recorder/surveyor. His opinion has value with legislators, attorneys, surveyors and title officers. Please support and vote for Ernest Rowley.
