God is either unjust or unreal

President Obama has rightly decried the brutal death of American journalist James Foley, beheaded by the Islamic State of Syria.

There is no serious doubt that Foley’s beheading did indeed occur. Which means, as Obama points out, that God is either unjust, or unreal. No surprise there. After all, if the Judeo-Christian-Mormon God actually exists, he stands for the deaths of thousands of starving children every day. <http://tinyurl.com/GodLetsDie>
And, according to his word, ‘twas God Himself who willfully slaughtered every Egyptian firstborn. He deliberately hardened the Pharaoh’s heart to keep His chosen people enslaved, then commenced His wanton genocide in order to effect shock and awe (Exodus 11-12).
As former deputy director of the CIA Mike Morell remarked, “The definition of terrorism is violence for political effect.” God: The ultimate terrorist. “Just?” No way, Yahweh. Just reprehensible. By the same standards that Christian Americans now so self-righteously and selectively apply to ISIS.
