It has been my pleasure to work as a business owner in Ogden with Doug Stephens over the past 10-plus years. We started our business when we purchased the Deseret Gymnasium on 25th Street in 1993 and operated as Total Fitness Center. We changed the name to Gold’s Gym in 1999 and have been in downtown Ogden for 24 years. We had the opportunity to work with Mayor Godfrey and Doug Stephens as we developed the Salomon Center and established the Junction as a thriving business area in Downtown Ogden. We own Ifly, Flowrider, Irock, the Dance Establishment and Gold's Gym at the Salomon Center and have been grateful for the work done by the Ogden City Council and its support of the administration for many years.

I feel Doug Stephens has been a great supporter of the redevelopment of the whole Ogden downtown area, including 25th Street as well as BDO and other areas of the city. Doug's experience and ability to listen to all sides of the issues are a great asset for our city. He loves Ogden and has and will continue to work in the city's best interests.

I enthusiastically support Doug Stephens for City Council and hope with his help and good leadership, Ogden will continue this great redevelopment process.
