WASHINGTON TERRACE — Several homes were flooded here after a brief, but strong thunderstorm pounded Weber County Tuesday afternoon.

Streets, sidewalks and gutters were inundated with water in several areas in the county, including Ogden behind the Newgate Mall on Pacific Ave.

If you have any photos from flooding around your home or street, send them to digitaleditor@standard.net and they may be used in our online photo gallery.

Social media was bursting with posts about the flood, with residents sharing photos and videos of their experiences.
