Briant Bingham Jacobs passed away on June 8, 2014 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born October 19, 1917 in Riverdale, Utah. He served an LDS mission in California. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served honorably in WWII. Married Jenean Anderson in 1942. Together they raised three children and at the age of 80 retired from a long and successful career in the food services industry, making many friends. Everyone was touched by his zest for life and he was always 110%. Bing's family was his whole life.

Bing is survived by his three children: Craig (Sheila), Dee (Dan) Yocom, Shelley (Greg) Keithley; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; one brother, David (Bonnie). Preceded in death by his wife of 56 years.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Valley View 9th Ward, 1925 East Gundersen Lane (4080 South). Friends and family will gather on Thursday evening, June 12, 2014 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, and at the church on Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.

The family greatly appreciates the extra care and love given by the beautiful Maria, Juan and all the Med Techs and CNAs.
