SOUTH OGDEN - Police confirmed they were investigating a suspicious death of a man on Sunday.

Investigators say they were called to a home located at 666 E. 4500 South at about 10:30 a.m. over reports of a deceased 52-year-old man.

The victim was identified by police as Donald Donkin of Ogden.

Donkin is listed as a transient and not a resident of the home he was found in.

The man’s body was transported to the State Medical Examiner for autopsy. Investigators anticipate the results will not be ready for several more weeks.

It is unknown exactly when the man died, how he died and if there are any persons of interest involved in the death.

South Ogden Police declined to release anymore information pending an investigation.
