OGDEN — After their 25-17 road victory over Montana State, the Weber State Wildcats (4-1, 2-0 Big Sky) continued to move up in the national FCS rankings.

In the STATS FCS Top 25, WSU was bumped up one spot to No. 19, and in the FCS Coaches Poll, they moved two spots to No. 16.

The ranking of No. 16 is the highest for Weber State since 2009.

Eastern Washington is the only other ranked team from the Big Sky, currently voted as No. 10 in both polls. The conference started the season with four teams in the Top 25 Rankings.

Weber State is off to its best start since 2003, and will face Southern Utah on October 14 after a bye week.
