WASHINGTON - Whoever captures the White House on Nov. 6, the election season produced one clear winner: William Jefferson Clinton.

Hand-to-hand election combat in Ohio

WASHINGTON - Only a risk-taker with the guts of a cat burglar, or someone with lots of money to burn, would bet the ranch on this year’s close presidential race. A better bet: whoever wins Ohio, Barack Obama or Mitt Romney, will win the presidency.
