Atheists take aim at LDS Church with national conference in SLC

SALT LAKE CITY -- Leaders of a national atheist group say the best spot to find a nonbeliever is in a place of faith.To that end, the American Atheists, in an effort to raise awareness and attract new members, are holding their annual conference over Easter weekend in the home of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

SALT LAKE CITY -- A former Utah lumber truck driver was charged with robbery after authorities said he cloaked himself in ski gear and held up a string of Salt Lake City banks and credit unions.Christopher Ryan Huntzinger, 42, was charged Monday with six counts of aggravated robbery in 3rd District Court, prosecutors said.
