The BYU Ballroom Dance Company is bringing a mixture of award-winning dancing and costumed grandeur to Box Elder High School, starting at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
The "Capture the Magic" tour stop will feature a 90-minute program with a variety of numbers -- waltzes, tangos, slow dances, quick-stepping numbers, difficult lifts and throws, and everything in between.
"We try to hit the whole scope of what people would perceive ballroom dancing to be," said Linda Wakefield, co-director of the dance company from Brigham Young University. "There are a lot of fun things for the family as well -- not just adults. But teenagers, I think, would also enjoy the show."
