(UNEDITED) I read with mounting distaste as whomever you allowed to write today's "Our View" spewed uninformed nonsense about the state of medical testing. The moment I got halfway through the editorial I decided I had to write, and was scarcely able to finish the piece without becoming ill. It was terribly written, but this is something we have come to expect.
What prompted me to write, however, was the assertion that people not waste money on prostate and breast exams, since the exam won't help the condition... Wait, what? Wasting money on prostate and breast exams? This has got to be the the most poorly-crafted statement in the history of journalism (and that includes the Dewey Defeats Truman headline).
