MORGAN -- Is there a better way to go out than on top?Since 1987, Jim Wiscombe has patrolled the sideline of the basketball court at Morgan High School. Subtract three years for the time he stepped away from coaching to obtain his masters' degree and add in seven years at Delta, and what you get is 31 years of head coaching, including 24 at Morgan.
