FARMINGTON --- A 23-year-old Layton man who suffered a head injury from a fall said he no longer can remember downloading child pornography.Anthony Winegar, who is charged with 10 counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, third-degree felonies, appeared in 2nd District Court before Judge David Hamilton on Wednesday.
