SANDY -- People love their dogs, and they love their dog parks.
So much so that Sandy City Dog Park has been "loved to death," according to Dan Medina, assistant director of Sandy City Parks and Recreation. Crews have had to replace the grass at least twice in the past year because of foot and dog traffic.
