Lawyer: No Colorado crime in Texas polygamy calls

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- An attorney for a Colorado woman says Texas authorities don't believe she had any "criminal involvement" in telephone calls that may have triggered a raid on a Texas polygamist group.

Father in Colo. balloon boy hoax reports to jail

FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- The Colorado man who admitted orchestrating the balloon boy hoax reported to jail Monday to begin a 90-day jail sentence.

Father in Colorado balloon boy saga denies hoax

DENVER  -- The Colorado father who pleaded guilty to a felony in the runaway balloon saga insisted in an interview set to air Friday that the event wasn't a hoax.

Investigators: Balloon boy parents acted alone

FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- Colorado couple Richard and Mayumi Heene acted alone when they fabricated a story about their son floating off in a runaway balloon to gain publicity, sheriff's officials said Monday.

Morning after: Balloon boy gets sick twice on TV

FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- The father of a 6-year-old boy who was thought to be in a helium balloon that floated away said Friday accusations that the ordeal was a publicity stunt are "extremely pathetic." The sheriff said he will be asking more questions.
