Isabel Gurule, 13, seen at her Riverdale home Thursday, became friends with “Jon Anders” on a social media website. “Anders” told her he was a 15-year-old living in Salt Lake City, but he’s really Luis Salguero, a 27-year-old whom police are calling an online sexual predator. He was caught lurking in Isabel’s neighborhood after midnight and faces charges of enticing a minor. He is also facing charges of unlawful sexual activity with a minor after he told police he had sex with a 15-year-old Roy girl.
