Harold Hill - Director, President and CEO of Bad Ass Coffee of
Hawaii 1996 to Present
Mr. Hill has also served as the President of the Epicurious
Group, Inc., in Salt Lake City, Utah since 1975 specializing in
restaurant management. Since August 1990, Mr. Hill has been
President of H.J.M., Inc., a business consulting firm in Salt
Lake City, Utah, and since December 1992 he has served as the
Treasurer of HM Investment Corporation, a real estate leasing and
consulting firm, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

James R. Duke - President and director April 2002 to Present
Since October of 2000, Mr. Duke has been President and Chief
Executive Officer of One Stop Smoke Shop, LLC, a tobacco and
product supply store located in Ogden, Utah. Jim received his
Bachelor Degree of Science in Foods and Nutrition from the
University of Utah in 1986. From 1987 through March of 2000, he
worked as a territory manager for Brown & Williamson Tobacco
Company, in a territory covering roughly from Salt Lake City,
Utah to St. George, Utah. With his industry related experience
and customer service techniques, he has given us the upper hand
over much of our competition.
