Introducing Brixton’s Baked Potato
It represents so many of the things people want in a restaurant:
fast, casual, reasonably priced, healthy and tasty. It’s a
unique concept even though it is based on one of the most common
foods on the planet... the Potato. The potato has been called the
“food of the future” and we think we can use it as a
foundation to create the restaurant of the future.

Straight from the Islands, this local favorite features a moist

This is a perfectly baked Idaho Russet Potato with butter, sour
cream and chives.
Meatball Marinara
This Italian dish comes with five succulent meatballs smothered
in a classic marinara sauce and ricotta cheese. Topped with
mozzarella.

Sliced and topped with marinara, mozzarella and pepperoni. Served

Our Pot Roast is cooked in a special blend of onion, garlic, and
spices and drowned in our delicious brown gravy. This is what
