Chef Arlan Gagestein former Deer Valley Resort Sous Chef has over 20 years experience in the restaurant and catering business.He opened Peddlers in 2002 with a desire to provide quality gourmet cuisine at affordable prices. Using only the freshest ingredients and making everything from the ground up, including seasonings, dressings, sauces and desserts.Food should always look decadent, smell divine and taste out of this world.
