About Us:
Advanced Health Care Corporation began with a vision to meet the needs of those patients who are not ready for a long-term nursing home yet need a skilled nursing facility with specialized rehabilitation. In 2001 Advanced Health Care Corporation took over an existing nursing home in Grangeville, Idaho, Grangeville Health and Rehabilitation Center. Our first short-term rehabilitation center, Pine View Transitional Rehab in Ogden, Utah opened in February, 2004.
