Thousands of bright red kokanee salmon make spawning run above Causey Reservoir

Thousands of glowing red kokanee salmon filled the tributaries of the Ogden River above Causey Reservoir during their annual spawning run on Sept. 8, 2016. The fish migrate out of their home in the reservoir to reproduce and eventually die along the shallow creek beds.
