To the men and women of the 309th Maintenance Wing:
Congratulations to all the men and women of the 309th Maintenance Wing and the entire Ogden Air Logistics Center on our fantastic showing during the LSET and UCI visits. I am very proud of the results our wing posted! After surviving nearly 22,000 inspections by the LSET, it was clear the 309th met the high standards of the LSET and HQ AFMC. The team left us with a road map to solve some problems they found, and we will aggressively attack those problems to improve our efforts. The team also highlighted and identified many Maintenance Wing "Superior Performers" -- congratulations! -- found many best practices, and scored our technicians with a phenomenal Personal Evaluation pass rate of 96.7 percent. What I am most proud of is the Quality Verification Inspection pass rate of 97 percent, meaning the inspectors looked at work already completed and found near perfect results -- proof positive we are delivering high quality products to our warfighting customers. Congratulations on a job well done MXW!
