What's cookin'? We want Mom's secrets.

No comments [ Add Comment ]There's nothing quite like mom's home cooking, right? But sometimes, there's nothing else in the world quite like mom's cooking. If your mom is one of those cooks who created concoctions out of some questionable ingredients, we'd like to hear from you. We're looking for some one-of-a-kind recipes that only a mother's child could love, once they knew what was in them.
Was she a wiz with the Cheez Whiz? Did she use corn chips or Cheetos in chicken casseroles or Mexican dishes? Was she the original Spammer when it came to that particular delectable canned meat? Were Ritz crackers magically transformed into apple pies? Did she stock the pantry with Velveeta cheese? Was soda pop used for unintended purposes? Did Ding Dongs, Twinkies and Oreos morph into something else in your home?
These are just a few examples of some unusual ingredients we've heard about. But we know there are lots of others out there. The quirkier, the better ... and it wouldn't hurt if the final dish was something that actually left your mouth watering.
