Remember that Halloween when your co-worker dressed in that sexy French maid costume, only to spoil the illusion with his hairy legs and 5 o’clock shadow?
Did you snap a picture?
Remember the year you discovered the extent of your neighbor’s arachnophobia only after you sent the kids over in those black, eight-legged costumes?
Did you keep a photo of the kids in those costumes, complete with the multi-eyed headdresses?
The Standard-Examiner wants to run your photos of the best, most innovative and/or downright funnest Halloween costumes you ever wore, or made, or even saw on someone else (submitted with their permission, of course).
To share your costume photos, follow the free registration steps here and upload your photo. Or send them to Halloween Costumes, Standard-Examiner, P.O. Box 12790, Ogden, UT 84412-2790. To e-mail photos, send high-resolution jpegs (at least 300 dpi, and 10 inches at the largest dimension) to nvan@standard.net, and be sure to put “Halloween Costumes” in the subject line. Also, Halloween photos can be uploaded to Spotted.
Along with the photos, please include your name, age, city of residence, and a daytime phone number in case we need to contact you. Photos must be received by Oct. 14.
