Sections of three Top of Utah cities are without power this morning.
A broken circuit at the 23rd Street substation in Ogden has affected 533 customers, said Rocky Mountain Power spokeswoman Margaret Oler.
The outage began at 8:47 a.m. and crews have yet to determine the cause, she said.
Fifty customers in Corinne have also been without power since 7:14 a.m., when a lightning strike severely damaged a power pole there, Oler said.
A similar situation is under way in Promontory, where another power pole was damaged by what Oler suspects was a lightning strike. Fourty-seven customers are currently without power in the area, she said.
