Carl H. Taylor Elementary has been the educational home for the families in this community for 55 years. It has maintained a record of high academic excellence. We have had the privilege of having devoted faculties and staff that have taken great pride in providing students with a sound educational foundation. We have loved and cared for "our kids". We have appreciated the opportunity of being a partner with the parents of our many outstanding students. Of course there are feelings of hurt and disappointment. However, we choose to celebrate the many great things that have, and are still taking place at Taylor. We will continue to focus on providing quality learning experiences for our students during the remainder of the school year. We acknowledge the difficult decision that the school board members have had before them and respect their decision.

Charlotte Parry

Principal, C.H. Taylor Elementary
