A. We're not able to follow every case through the justice system for many logistical reasons.

Q. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, and unfair to people who have not been convicted of the charges?

A. The information presented here is gathered from county sheriff’s offices. The booking mug shot and related information show only that a person has been arrested. Every such person is presumed innocent. Neither the sheriffs' booking records nor this site will show the outcome of any case or disposition of any charge.

Q. Will juveniles appear on this website?

A. If a juvenile is booked into a county jail and his/her profile appears on the sheriff's office site, then that individual's mug shot is eligible to appear on our site.

Q. I was released and my record was cleared. Will you take down my mug shot?

A. The sheriff's office sites maintain publicly accessible arrest records regardless of the disposition of any particular case. We mirror this practice.
