OGDEN -- Shay Voorhees enters the studio after a long day feeling defeated from juggling demands. But flying through the air or executing a difficult trick that has taken months or weeks to master helps relieve her stress.
"Simply put, it feels exhilarating to do pole fitness and dance," said Voorhees, a Kairos Fitness member. "Within a few minutes of poling, those negative emotions are lifted from me and by the time I leave I feel recharged and happy."
Ogden Restaurant Week was such a big hit last year that it's back for a return engagement.
