MILLVILLE -- A man driving under the influence of alcohol was allegedly the cause of a three vehicle accident, which caused one victim to be airlifted to the hospital in critical condition Thursday night.The accident occurred at 7:30 p.m. near 140 W. and 200 South in Millville, according to the Cache County Sheriff's Office.
