Only three teens stood triumphant at a heated cook off competition at The Art Institute of Salt Lake City.Earlier, nine Utah teens had raced to prepare and serve a two-course meal within the two hour time limit. Among the aspiring chefs was Skyler Goodman, a Clearfield High School senior.

CLEARFIELD - It may have been a cold, dark morning at the Clearfield Frontrunner station on Monday, but it was a momentous moment for Hill Air Force Base commuters.For the first time in 20 years, riders getting off the Frontrunner train had the option of hopping on one of the two Utah Transit Authority Hill AFB routes to head into work.

Clearfield High CyberPatriot team wins national championship

CLEARFIELD -- Clearfield City may be nearly imperceptible on a national map, but last weekend, hundreds of CyberPatriot teams knew just where the city is located when the Clearfield High School CyberPatriot team became the national champions for the CyberPatriot IV 2014 High School, All Service Division.

Numerous protective-order violations land Ogden man in jail

CLEARFIELD --  An Ogden man is accused of repeatedly violating a protective order, at one point even calling police to verify the court order was still in place.Clearfield Assistant Police Chief Mike Stenquist said police received a complaint from a woman that Nicholas John Visser, 33, had been sending her emails violating a protective order.

CLEARFIELD - Connie Rae Christensen Cannon, 81, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2014 at Chancellor Gardens of causes incident to age. The oldest of four children, she was born on November 23, 1932 to Lorin C. and Edwina May Bassett Christensen of Bear River City. She graduated from Bear River High School in 1951.
