Afton Clawson, of Syracuse, died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment will be at Syracuse City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help the family with funeral expenses. Layton resident Brittany Lee Springer, born June 30, 1984, in Bountiful, died Thursday, May 12, 2011. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Wells Fargo under Brittany’s name for her children’s education. A funeral will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden. There will be a viewing from 6 p.m to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary and from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday before the service. Interment, Myers Evergreen Memorial Park.
