KANAB — The 21-year-old mother of a newborn has died after an SUV slid off slick roads in Kane County.

Carol Arline Clark Dunford, born Oct. 20, 1926, in Park City, died Saturday, March 10, 2012. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 16, at the Kaysville Tabernacle, 198 W. Utah repeals 'forever' with pie-in-the-sky federal land suit

When Rep. Mike Noel, R-Kanab, is the voice of reason, the argument has gone off the rails. Utah suing the federal government to get Utah's federal land is one such train wreck.

Proposed Kanab gas plant draws opposition
