PAYSON -- Utah Highway Patrol officials say a 13-year-old girl was expected to be taken off life support after she and three others were hit by a car north of Payson over the weekend.

AMERICAN FORK— A 25-year-old Spanish Fork man has been ordered to stand trial for murder in a fatal stabbing at a house party in Payson last July 4.

John Liston Eaves, 50, died in an accident at his Layton home Monday, February 18, 2013. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 22, at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Road.
