SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Noah Hartsock scored 21 points and Brandon Davies added 20 to lead BYU to an 82-67 victory over Santa Clara on Saturday, the Broncos' 15th consecutive loss.

Connie Mae Mangum Carlton, 63, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, of cancer. A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, at the Santa Clara 15th Ward LDS Chapel, 3680 Pioneer Parkway, Santa Clara. Visitations will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, and 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. before the funeral. OGDEN -- The head of the Utah Sheriffs' Association is blasting a federal audit that resulted in the June removal of 32 Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainees from Weber County Jail.

The association's executive director, Gary W. DeLand, of Santa Clara, said Monday that ICE's decision to pull the prisoners from the jail was arbitrary and improper.

ST. GEORGE  -- Workers are putting the finishing touches on a bridge in St. George touted as one of Utah's first federally funded stimulus projects.

Officials say the $4.2 million Valley View Bridge over the Santa Clara River is almost complete.
