The declared candidate for Congress in Utah’s 1st District, who told the audience he is bipolar, was accompanied by a dog. He may be cited for misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct because a Utah Highway Patrol trooper was injured while escorting the agitated Farnsworth from the hall. Also, Farnsworth made comments about the president’s military policies and called Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, and U.S. Rep. Rob Bishop traitors.
