Isela Huerta Carranza, 17, died March 10, 2014. A suit filed by her mother, Adriana Delaluz, alleges the Clearfield Job Corps staff was negligent in dealing with the 17-year-old girl’s diabetic condition and lied to cover up the failure after she suffered seizures and cardiac arrest.
