Q: I received a Gift Certificate - how do I use it?
A: Simply shop as you would ordinarily. When you check out, enter your Name/Address, and other information, and under "Payment Method," choose, "Use My Gift Certificate." You may use this option as long as your merchandise total is less than or equal to the amount on your Gift Certificate.

Q: I want to pick up my order from the Standard-Examiner Offices to save on shipping. How soon can I come to get my stuff?
A: It depends on what you're ordering. Video clips from StandardNET LIVE are custom burned onto CD as we receive orders, and it may take a few days to have them ready for you. Please include a phone number with your order, so that we may call you when it is ready to pick up.
