Concert helping make world a better place

Weber State University's Amnesty International hosted a concert Sept. 29 to raise money for the Adrian Maxson Scholarship for Social Justice. Maxson, a WSU early college student who also attended DaVinci Academy for Science & the Arts, a charter high school in Ogden, was 18 when he was hit by a car and killed in 2003. This is the fifth year for the concert fundraiser, which, like Maxson did, promotes making the world a better place.
