Regarding the July 20 news story, "Real Time Crime Center debuts in Ogden": This keeps an eye on trouble on Ogden's criminals. It's rather sci-fi and futuristic to say the least. Hopefully, this will be more than just another way of intimating the local lawbreakers. Maybe less taxpayer dollars will be saved for Ogden's improvements.
Since seeing is believing, if the 'eye on trouble' sees the criminals committing the crime, they are guilty as seen, right? Or, will the law still see them as innocent until proven guilty? Let's all depend and count on this 'technology' to catch all criminals in the act and charged as seen.
