WEST HAVEN -- Rocky Mountain Power workers were trying to find the cause of a power outage Thursday afternoon that knocked out service to 171 homes in western Weber County.
Spokesman Dave Eskelson said the outage hit at 3:19 p.m. and estimated that it would be repaired by 7 p.m.
