Rick Shepherd Loper died Saturday, July 30, 2011. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011, at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday.
