OGDEN -- Noel Zabriskie, superintendent of the Ogden City School District, announced his resignation on Wednesday.
Zabriskie cited personal family matters that require his full attention, according to a news release from the school district.
His five-year tenure ends Sept. 6.
The Ogden School District Board of Education will meet in a closed session this Monday to appoint Zabriskie's successor. They will announce their selection that evening.
